Info For Tenants


  • To view properties please contact our office via email or by phoning during office hours and leave your full name & contact details.
  • A viewing will be organised at a mutually convenient time. For security reasons keys are not handed out for the properties.
  • Please contact our office if unable to make a viewing or have a change of mind once booked.
  • Attendees will be required to supply details for our Visitor Register at the inspection.
  • A copy of the tenancy agreement, any Special Terms or By-Laws and Tenancy Application Forms will be available during inspection.


  • A completed Tenancy Application Form is required for each occupant over the age of 18.
  • Children are to be included on a Parent or Guardian’s Tenancy Application Form.
  • Evidence of income & ability to pay rent – Eg. pay slip, letter of income from Accountant, Centrelink or Scholarship documents.
  • Provide & attach photocopies of documents required to meet 100 points of identification
  • Please ensure the General Tenancy Agreement, Terms, any Special Terms or By-Laws have been read and understood.
  • Please be aware Bond Transfers are not accepted.
  • Any Tenancy Application Form not fully completed in any way cannot be processed.


  • Every Tenancy Application Form is a high priority; with every effort made to have an answer within 24-48 hours.
  • Tenancy Databases such as TICA will be contacted to verify the information supplied.
  • Please discuss the circumstances of any problem(s) with a previous Tenancy.
  • Contact will be made with your Employer/HR Manager, current & previous Agent/Lessor & personal referees.
  • Application not accepted by the Lessor: Application retained for 1 month then destroyed securely to comply with Privacy Legislation.
  • Application accepted by Lessor: Required to pay an amount equivalent to two (2) weeks rent &/or the full Bond amount, &
    • Sign General Tenancy Agreement within 24 hours of notification of acceptance subject to appointment availability Agent.
    • Rent payment options: EFT or direct deposit from your Bank. Credit card & EFTPOS are subject to merchant surcharges.
